Easy Property Management company to deal with. Only 4 stars due to not being able to just pickup the phone and call someone immediately. Everything is pretty much App based.

We love everything about Tricon. Our experience from looking to move in and beyond has been great. We were a little skeptical reading reviews. I'm glad we took a chance. Our home is beautiful. Any maintenance issues are quickly resolved with satisfaction. I want to make my rental my forever home.

More Than a Maintenance Technician—A Lifesaver When I Needed One I've been a Tricon resident since 2023, and I recently renewed my lease for a third year. While I love my home and community, one experience stands out as the reason I continue to call a Tricon house my home. Like many mornings, I was rushing to get ready for work. I left my home through the garage, only to realize that my keys—including my car keys—were still inside the house. My heart immediately sank. It was one of those extremely hot and humid Georgia mornings. Standing in the garage, I started to panic. I couldn't get into my home, I couldn't get to my car, and I was quickly running out of time before I needed to leave for work. Then I remembered my wireless keypad entry on the front door. Relieved, I walked around to the front of the house, certain that would solve the problem. But when I entered my code, nothing happened. I tried again. Still nothing. That's when the panic really set in. I had no idea the keypad battery had died. I checked my app and discovered the battery was completely dead. At that moment, I felt stuck, frustrated, and honestly a little helpless. I knew I didn't have a maintenance request scheduled, and I knew that if I submitted one that morning, I probably wouldn't receive help in time to get to work. I decided to take a chance. I called Joe, the maintenance technician who had helped me with previous service requests. To my surprise, Joe answered. He immediately began troubleshooting the issue over the phone and quickly determined that the keypad battery had died. But he didn't stop there. Knowing the situation I was in, Joe came to my rescue. He arrived at my home, safely gained entry through the door connecting the garage to the house without damaging anything, replaced the dead battery, tested the keypad, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. Most importantly, he made sure I was okay. Because of Joe's willingness to help, I avoided the expense of a locksmith, avoided damage to my home, and still made it to work on time. What could have been a stressful, costly, and miserable morning became a reminder of why I've stayed with Tricon for three years. Another reason is the exceptional care I receive with routine maintenance. My HVAC filter is located in the attic, and due to health concerns, climbing a ladder isn't an option for me. Every quarter, the maintenance team takes care of replacing the filter without hesitation. It's a simple act, but it shows a level of care and consideration that means a great deal. To some people, these may seem like small things. To me, they represent something much bigger. They represent a company that cares about its residents. In a world where customer service often feels impersonal, my experience with Tricon has been the opposite. The people are responsive, respectful, and genuinely helpful. They don't just maintain homes—they take care of the people who live in them. Three years later, I'm still here because of experiences like these. When I think about Tricon, I don't just think about the house I live in. I think about peace of mind, dependable service, and people like Joe who go above and beyond when it matters most. That's what makes Tricon feel like home.

In 2021, I made one of the biggest decisions of my life. After a divorce, a major career transition, and the loss of my father, I packed up everything I could fit into a suitcase, loaded up my two sons, and moved from St. Louis, Missouri to Atlanta, Georgia to start over. I didn’t know exactly what the future would look like. I just knew I needed a fresh start for myself and my children. When we were approved for our Tricon home, it gave us something we desperately needed at that stage in our lives: stability. For the last five years, this house has been more than just a place to live. It’s where my sons have grown up, where we’ve celebrated birthdays and milestones, where we’ve healed, and where we’ve built a life that looks completely different from the one we left behind. Since moving to Atlanta, our family has truly thrived. My oldest son recently graduated from high school, my younger son is preparing for high school, my career has flourished, and I’m now preparing to welcome my first daughter. So many of the moments that have shaped our family’s next chapter happened under this roof. I know there is a lot of conversation about homeownership, and I understand why. But for me, renting has been one of the best financial decisions I’ve made as an adult. Having a well-maintained home and a responsive property management company allowed me to focus on rebuilding my finances, raising my children, growing my career, and creating long-term stability for my family without taking on more than I was ready for. Sometimes the best financial decision isn’t the one everyone else says you should make. It’s the one that gives you the space to grow. Five years ago, we arrived in Atlanta with very little besides hope and determination. Today, when I look around this home, I see everything we’ve built since then. And for that, I’ll always be grateful.

The clock on the dashboard felt like a countdown timer. June was slipping away, and with it, the hard deadline for registering our daughter, into the new school district. If we didn’t have a signed lease and a utility bill in hand by the end of the week, she would miss the cutoff for the high school’s summer basketball camp, the very program we had been moving to be a part of. The previous three weeks had been a masterclass in frustration. Two different rental companies had given us the absolute run-around. One corporate landlord pushed back the move-in date of a suburban three-bedroom three separate times, offering nothing but vague automated emails in response to our frantic emails and calls. Another company ghosted us entirely after we had shown interest in a home leaving us trapped in a loop of unreturned voicemails. With days left and our stress levels redlining, we found a listing managed by Tricon Residential. From the very start, the experience was a complete breath of fresh air. It began with the self-guided touring process. Instead of coordinating schedules with a pushy leasing agent or being hounded to make an immediate decision while walking through the hallways, Tricon’s smart-lock system allowed us to tour the home entirely on our own schedule. We walked through the spacious living area that suited our family needs, and envisioned us living there, without any high-pressure sales pitches whispering in our ears. By the time we unlocked the front door to leave, our minds were made up. But given our recent luck, we braced ourselves for the inevitable bureaucratic delays. Instead, the Tricon staff turned out to be our absolute saving graces. The Tricon Difference: Communication & Commitment Where other companies offered radio silence, the Tricon team provided absolute clarity. They understood our tight timeline and treated it with the same urgency we did. Seamless Application: The online portal was intuitive, and our documentation was processed in a timely manner. Proactive Updates: We never had to wonder where we stood. Our dedicated coordinator kept us in the loop at every single milestone. We knew we were on a razor-thin timeline, but the Tricon team didn't just meet our expectations, they championed our family's goal. Thanks to their promptness and unwavering commitment to communication, the keys were in our hands with days to spare. We officially moved into a beautiful, spotless home, and more importantly, walked into the school district with all of our paperwork perfectly in order. Within days after moving in, I sat on a metal bleacher in the high school gymnasium, the familiar squeak of sneakers echoing off the walls. I watched our daughter intercept a pass, drive down the court, to make a flawless pass to a new teammate to make a layup, her face lit up with a massive grin as her new teammates cheered. Moving is always stressful, but Tricon turned what could have been a disaster into a seamless, great experience. We didn't just find a house; we found the perfect head start for our daughter’s next chapter.

We moved into this house in 2021. In 2023 my wife was diagnosed with cancer. At the time, our daughter was four years old. I was working at home as an influencer on social media. And I was able to raise money to send my wife to Mexico for preliminary treatments. I say preliminary but the truth is she was running out of time. She had an 8 cm tumor in her chest that apparently grown at a rapid rate, even in the petri dish when they biopsy it. So me and my daughter stayed here in the house while mom was in Mexico and her tumor grew to 13 cm. I was footing the bills for both treatments and travel expenses and home as we went back-and-forth. When we move into this place, the rent was $1800 a month which was very good for the area. 2024 It was the highest it had ever been at $2200+ a month. In December 2023, my wife was driven across the border into California. The presumption was that she didn’t have very long because she was no longer able to breathe on her own nor was she able to move much without her heart rate skyrocketing and her oxygen levels plummeting even on full life-support. I flew out. I pleaded with the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, that my wife would just be given mercy. Either made better or taken as I didn’t think she would make the night. Turns out over the course of the next two weeks she got better and my goal to get her to Florida for Christmas to meet up with her daughter who was at grandma‘s became a reality. By New Year’s she was walking on her own and breathing on her own. Sometime in March she started full dose chemo at Moffit Cancer center on a charity program. I was still making just enough to pay the rent in Georgia. In early August, she rang the bell finished her treatment and we came home. We came home and there were a lot of problems. But Tricon fixed the water heater and worked on the air-conditioning and helped us with the fireplace and even some of the appliances that had gone bad. I still think the rent was a little high but we managed. Over the course of the next few months of 2024 it had become apparent that my wife was not doing very well. Her scans didn’t look good meaning, it looked like the tumor was growing again. And we weren’t getting along. Early 2025 somebody talked to my wife into what essentially would be called an exorcism. And my wife being a somewhat non-believer agreed. On a Friday night, January 31, 2025 after bouncing around a room, screaming, spitting, kicking and cussing at the two women who were trying to hold her down. She eventually called upon Jesus to get these things out of her. And then she dry heaved them out. Jesus took her in his arms and planted her in his chest and said get baptized. After a kiss from God and being covered with a white veil of luminescent light, she came home and told me about it. and asked me to baptize her. Two days later I did just that on February 2, 2025, my wife was baptized at about 10:33 in the morning at the local church. Two weeks later, we would have her scanned a full pet scan which would show absolutely nothing, a relatively opaque image. We explained to her doctors that she no longer has neuropathy, nor apparently medical menopause as at the time she was in her cycle. Three months later, she tested positive. I’m sorry I may have said that wrong, three months later she was pregnant. And on February 2, 2026 at around 10:33 AM our daughter Davina was born. I don’t know what condition this house was in before we got here, but I can tell you how we’re gonna leave it, it’ll have been anointed and cleansed thoroughly painted with the blood of Jesus by angels. I don’t know if that’s the story you’re looking for. I will say this though over the past year it has been very difficult to pay the rent because the character that I played on social media is something that I didn’t feel glorified the situation. And I’ve been seeking employment ever since. So yeah, I could use $1000 bucks rent credit. And this is the best story that you’re probably ever gonna read. I don’t really have any negative things to say about Tricon. I do, however, wish sometimes that it did feel like more of a human Landlord. Because sometimes we need a little bit more time or grace. And sometimes it doesn’t feel like a corporation has that in its bottom line. I have learned more in the last two years than in 54 years that came before it. I thought that my family would be diminishing. And yet it grew. And when I looked back at the time that I had in this place, I’m gonna remember miracles which at no other time in my life have I experience blatant miracles.

Our Tricon Story Moving into our Tricon home has been one of the best decisions for our family. As a husband, father, and provider, having a place where my wife, Erin, and our daughter, Trinity, can feel safe, comfortable, and truly at home means everything to me. From the moment we moved in, our Tricon home gave us the space to create memories together. Whether it’s family movie nights in the living room, watching Trinity play in the yard, or simply enjoying dinner together after a long day, our home has become the center of our family’s life. One thing we’ve especially appreciated is the responsiveness and professionalism of the Tricon team. Anytime we’ve had a question or needed assistance, we’ve felt heard and supported. That peace of mind allows us to focus on what matters most our family. Our daughter Trinity loves having room to play and grow, and Erin and I enjoy knowing that we’re building lasting memories in a place we’re proud to call home. In today’s world, finding a house is one thing, but finding a home is something completely different. Tricon has helped provide that for us. We’re grateful to be part of the Tricon community and thankful for the positive impact our home has had on our family. — Dashaun, Erin, and Trinity Hogan

My life literally changed for the better when I moved into my home at 3698 Nina Court. My mother was in the proces of completing her cancer treatments for breast cancer and I needed to move her from Orlando to Georgia to be closer to me so I could take care of her. Convincing her was challenging to say the least she’s a prideful 83 YO Puerto Rican mom that loves her independence and doesn’t like to rely on anyone. My mother is the definition of warrior. My mom still works out every single day, and while she was doing chemo, she’d wake up every morning and go to her Zumba class! It was her community and her motivation!! In order for my mom to move, she had very specific needs. She wanted a “in law” suite, separate apartment, like a basement. Somewhere she could still be independent and do her own thing. I had been looking for homes for over a year, traveling back and forth. Spending lots of money, leaving my family, and my non verbal autistic grandson that I helped take care of. When I found this house on Nina Court, I literally cried. I applied for the house without even seeing it. Just prayed about it and moved forward. The approval process was so quick and easy. And after we got the keys, I was excited but nervous hoping and praying the pictures and videos were exactly what I was getting into. It certainly was, when I walked in is over exceeding my expectations. It was beautiful, clean, spacious. Tricon was there to help my moving process and needs every step of the way. Their communication, the teams are always so helpful!! We are so so happy here and most importantly I have my mom here and she’s happy and healthy! Thank you, Tricon!

We moved into our Tricon home four years ago after a long search and a string of disappointing experiences with other companies. From the moment we walked through the door, it felt different — not because the paint was perfect or the floor plan was ideal, but because the place immediately began to feel like a backdrop for our life instead of just a roof over our heads. The first night, with boxes half unpacked and the house echoing with newness, we sat on the floor and realized we had finally landed somewhere that would hold our family’s next chapter. Over the years our house has quietly become the setting for ordinary moments that mean everything. Weeknight dinners turned into a ritual of laughter and small confessions; the kitchen table became the place where homework was finished, bills were sorted, and plans were made. We learned the rhythm of the neighborhood — the neighbor who waves every morning, the couple who waters the community garden, the kids who race bikes down the cul de sac — and those rhythms made the house feel lived in and safe. Little things matter: a porch light that comes on when we pull in late, a mailbox that’s always in good repair, a maintenance team that shows up and treats our home with respect. There were moments when we needed help, and Tricon’s team showed up in ways that mattered. When a pipe burst on a cold morning, the maintenance crew arrived quickly, explained what they were doing, and stayed until the problem was fully resolved. When we needed a small modification to make the home safer for our toddler, the request was handled with care and follow through. Those responses weren’t just transactions; they were reminders that someone was looking out for the place where our family grows. Each thoughtful interaction built trust and made it easier to relax and focus on the things that matter most. Our home has held milestones both big and small. We celebrated a child’s first steps in the living room, hosted a backyard birthday where neighbors stayed to help blow out candles, and marked quiet Sunday mornings with coffee on the porch while the sun warmed the siding. We’ve weathered hard days too — a job change, a health scare — and the steadiness of our home made those days easier to bear. The house became a container for memory: the scuff on the hallway wall from a too enthusiastic soccer kick, the faded spot on the carpet where a favorite blanket always sat, the photo on the mantel that tells a story of a summer we’ll never forget. What makes this house a home isn’t just the physical space; it’s the way it supports our family’s life. It’s the dependable maintenance, the respectful communication, and the small acts of kindness from neighbors who have become friends. It’s the feeling that when we close the door at night, we are in a place that was chosen for us and cared for by people who understand that a home is where life happens. Living here has given us stability, community, and a thousand quiet moments that together feel like everything. Thank you Tricon – Gus and Lisa

Being a Tricon Residential resident has been a truly positive experience for my family and me. From the very beginning, I have appreciated the professionalism, care, and dedication shown by the Tricon team. Any time I have had a question or concern, the response has been prompt, respectful, and understanding. Knowing that there is a team that genuinely cares about its residents provides a sense of comfort and security that is hard to find. What stands out most is how well everything is managed. Communication is clear, maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the staff consistently go above and beyond to ensure residents feel valued. These efforts may seem small to some, but they have made a meaningful difference in our daily lives. As a parent, having a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained home for my children is incredibly important. Tricon has provided more than just a house—it has provided a place where my family can feel at home. For that, I am deeply grateful. Thank you for welcoming my children and me into the Tricon family. We truly appreciate all that you do and the positive impact you have had on our lives.

When my family moved into our Tricon home, we weren’t just looking for a place to live. We were looking for a home where we could build memories, feel comfortable, and create a stable future for our daughter. Since moving in, this house has become the center of our family’s life. We’ve celebrated birthdays, enjoyed family dinners, watched our daughter play in the yard, and created countless memories together. Having a place where we can relax and spend quality time together has meant a great deal to us. One experience that stands out was when we had concerns regarding our septic system. We contacted Tricon, and the issue was addressed promptly. Knowing that help was available when we needed it provided peace of mind and reminded us that having a responsive maintenance team makes a real difference. Situations like that can be stressful for any family, but having the problem handled professionally helped us continue enjoying our home without worry. What I appreciate most is that a home is about more than the building itself. It’s about feeling secure, knowing your family has a place to grow, and being able to focus on what matters most. Our daughter has enjoyed having her own space to play and learn, and we’ve enjoyed having a home where we can create lasting memories together. We have worked hard to take care of our home and take pride in where we live. From maintaining the yard to making our house welcoming for family and friends, we’ve enjoyed turning this house into a place that truly feels like home. For our family, Tricon has provided more than a rental property. It has provided stability, comfort, and a place where we can continue building our future together. We are grateful for the experiences we’ve had here and look forward to making many more memories in the years ahead. Thank you for considering our story. Sincerely, Kasan and Family

Working with Tricon has been the best company so far we have worked with. We have rented several apartments, purchased two houses in the past and have rented several houses so our experience in renting has been vast. We recently went through a major financial crisis and had to leave and downsize from the house we were in. Tricon was the only one that approved us and worked with us. And it has been such a blessing to be in the house we're in, especially for the children who can camp out in the backyard with a decent patch of woods behind us. Not to mention when there has been any issue with the house, the Maintenance team has been such a joy to work with. They have been professional and on time when needed. I would definitely recommend Tricon To anyone renting a home as they were also recommended to us. Our family is very grateful. -The Cartners

My Tricon Story- For ten years, (yes, that's a long time with 1 company) the house I have rented through Tricon has been more than an address. It has been a place where seasons changed, where laughter echoed through hallways, where life unfolded in all its quiet, ordinary beauty. A decade is long enough for a house to become a home, but only when the people behind it treat you like more than a tenant. From the very beginning, Tricon proved they were the company to rent from. Tricon’s maintenance crew felt like familiar faces rather than strangers with toolboxes. Whenever something needed fixing, whether it was a stubborn leak, a flickering light, a repair that couldn’t wait, they showed up with patience, kindness, and a genuine willingness to help. They hard work were moments of reassurance, proof that someone cared about the comfort and safety of the place I lived. Over the years, I learned their names, even their jokes, They became part of the rhythm of my home. And then there were the yearly rent increases, the part of renting no one looks forward to. But Tricon always tried to soften the edges. They offered what relief they could, small gestures that made a big difference. It wasn’t just about numbers on a page; it was about acknowledging loyalty, longevity, and the simple truth that stability matters. (I’m definitely looking forward to that courtesy this coming June because the cost of living has gotten crazy and I’ll definitely need that relief.) Their efforts reminded me that I wasn’t just another line in a spreadsheet. Thanks Tricon! As the years pass, Tricon introduced me to something unexpected: a program for long‑time tenants who might one day want to purchase the home they’ve grown to love. The idea that I could own the very place where I built a decade of memories feels like a door quietly opening, an opportunity rooted in respect for the life I’ve lived within these walls. Ten years is a long time. Long enough to see companies change, policies shift, and priorities evolve. But what has kept me here, what has made me stay, is the consistency of quality customer service, the commitment to keeping properties maintained, affordable, and livable, and the feeling that Tricon values the people who call their houses home. As long as Tricon continues to honor those values, continues to care for their tenants the way they have cared for me, I will remain exactly what I’ve been for the past decade: a grateful, loyal, tenant… Who knows?! Maybe a Tricon Property Home Owner! Thanks again Tricon, Atlanta Georgia!

Eight years ago, our family moved into a Tricon home, and what we thought would be a temporary stop became a place where so many of our life’s memories were made. Over the years, we’ve celebrated birthdays, holidays, milestones, and watched our children grow up within these walls. One of the things we’ve appreciated most is the peace of mind that comes with knowing that when something needs attention, Tricon’s maintenance team is there to help. Homeownership comes with a lot of unexpected repairs, and having a responsive team has allowed us to focus on our family instead of worrying about costly surprises. As a family of six, having a safe, comfortable place to call home has meant more than we can put into words. Tricon has given us stability during seasons of growth, change, and challenges, and for that we are incredibly grateful. Today, we’re working toward a new dream: purchasing our first home. After eight years of renting, we’re finally getting close, but like many families, coming up with the down payment remains one of the biggest hurdles. The $5,000 down payment assistance would make a meaningful difference for us and help turn a long-held goal into reality. We have genuinely enjoyed our experience as Tricon residents and would confidently recommend Tricon to anyone looking for a rental home. Thank you for providing a place where our family could grow and for giving residents opportunities like this one.
