Tricon Residential in Nashville FAQs

Here are a few answers to questions about Tricon Residential’s property rentals.

How Long Will Tricon Residential Hold a Home?

Once we receive your $55 application fee and $250 holding fee, we’ll hold your home for 10 days, which is long enough to complete the application process. If you pass the screening, we’ll apply the $250 holding fee to your first month’s rent.

Is It Hard to Pass the Application Process?

Anyone over 18 can rent a home through Tricon Residential. Our renters must have good credit histories and sufficient income. Additionally, we may not rent to someone with felony convictions or a poor debt repayment history. A pattern of past evictions might also disqualify you.

Will I Need Renter’s Insurance?

We require that every renter maintains valid insurance coverage. Your coverage must include $100,000 of legal liability coverage and $10,000 of personal property coverage. To simplify this requirement, we provide this insurance through LeaseTrack for a $19.95 monthly premium. Want to learn more about renting with Tricon Residential? Explore our FAQs page here.
