Can I add high-speed internet to my home mid-lease?

Yes. If your home is eligible, you can enroll in high-speed internet at any time during your lease. 

To get started: 

  1. Log into the Resident App and navigate to the “Offers” section  
  1. Select the High-Speed Internet offer  
  1. Click “Add to Lease” and review the charges  
  1. Click “Confirm” to submit your request  
  1. Once confirmed, a lease amendment will be available for all leaseholders to review and sign.

What happens after I enroll?

Once you enroll, you’ll receive next steps from Onboard via email to activate your service and ship your equipment. 

If installation is needed, you’ll be contacted to schedule an appointment.

 If I add high-speed internet to my lease, when will I see the charge?

You’ll see your first charge in the month your service is active. This amount will be adjusted (prorated) based on your activation date, so you’re only charged for the days that high-speed internet is active in your home that month.  

A full monthly charge will begin the following month.

You can enroll even if you currently have service with another provider. 

You may choose to keep or cancel your existing service based on your needs. You may also be eligible for cancellation fee reimbursement, which can be requested through your Onboard resident dashboard when you create your account.

What if I currently pay less for internet service?

If you pay a lower rate with another provider and enroll in the High-Speed Internet program as a current resident, you are eligible for price matching for the remainder of your lease term.  

To request a price match, submit a copy of your current provider invoice after completing enrollment with Onboard.

Can I remove the internet service after enrolling?

No. Once enrolled, the internet service will remain on your account through the end of your lease term.

Who should I contact if I need help with my internet service?

For help with setup, equipment, or service issues, please call Onboard’s dedicated support team at (855) 676-1680 and say “Bulk Internet.”
