I love Tricon as a renter. When ever I have any issues, they come immediately, repair it and get done quickly. I can schedule them in MY time, and their service people and technicians are always amazing. They smile, they're so polite and just amazing. My previous company, invitation homes, was a nightmare. So this company has been nothing but a breath of fresh air for me and my family. I highly recommend Tricon as a rental company for sure!!

Had a great experience throughout the whole process. Mo was very helpful, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. Everyone else we’ve interacted with has also been so friendly and welcoming, and the concierge team has been great.
