As a local realtor, I recently brought clients to tour this community using the self-guided tour option, and I wanted to share both the positives and areas that need attention. First, I have to highlight Christina in the leasing office, she has been absolutely amazing. Even though we did a self-tour, she was responsive, professional, and clearly takes pride in helping prospective residents feel welcomed and informed. It makes a big difference working with someone who is attentive and genuinely cares. That said, the overall experience was impacted by the condition of the landscaping throughout the property. My clients immediately noticed that the grounds were not being maintained to the standard you would expect for a community at this level. As a realtor, curb appeal and overall upkeep play a huge role in how clients perceive a property, and unfortunately, this became a sticking point for them. The self-tour process itself is convenient and a great option for flexibility, but when the exterior presentation doesn’t match the quality of the leasing experience, it creates hesitation for prospective renters. I’m sharing this feedback constructively because there is real potential here. With improvements to the landscaping and more consistent property upkeep, this community could make a much stronger impression.

Moved in last month with no issues. The only downfall is parking which is out of their hands but overall no complaints yet.

I've been living here for a month and have found it to be very peaceful. The neighbors are friendly, and the location is convenient—downtown is a short distance away and there are three grocery stores within a mile. Schools are nearby, and the TCCD campus is just down the road. Overall, a great place to call home and make lasting memories.

I recommend this location to anyone looking for beautiful and peaceful home for rent. When looking for a home I didn’t think I could find anything that works with my situation and Tricon gave me hope, the staff is very amazing and respectful with answering questions. They also give you answers promptly as you ask them, I love living here and you will too. My kids can’t stop smiling on how amazing the new home is for them and the amenities make them want to be outside and around the area to meet new people. 🩷

Our move-in experience with Tricon Residential has been great! We were one of the first to move in, and after working through a few small hiccups early on, everything has been amazing. Christina has been wonderful to work with — she’s gone above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly for us. If you’re thinking about leasing here, definitely reach out to her!
