We just moved from Hawaii on July 31st. & had to find a place quick, I found continuum115 on Facebook & gave it a try, that’s where I met Karen R. she helped answer some questions & made the starting process simple. This was a first apartment for us & we needed a new start but didn’t know how to do anything but karen took the time made it happen, she guided us through the approval process & answered our questions & concerns & really stood by us when we were lost we were able to complete the papers despite not having much we were able to pass & got approved. We were in our apartment within the following week, they have many benefits & amenities & make you feel at ease when applying. It’s a very clean & well suited community for us. We got a 1bd 1bth apartment on a 1 year contract & let me tell you best choice I ever made. Very affordable & you get more from what you’re paying there’s internet & water included in the lease rent & what u pay separate is electric. The apartments are beautiful! My favorite the balcony the kitchen & big space living room area are simply amazing & very clean, it’s a well maintained apartment❤️😭 & there is onsite maintenance! What I personally love Examples Pool Safe quiet neighborhood Work center / lounge Valet trash Included internet & water utility in rent & much more! I highly recommend this place to others that are seeking a great applying process as well as getting to be apart of a great community. & for someone that knew nothing about getting an apartment. This place has amazing workers that go above & beyond to make you feel you belong. Thank you Karen ❤️ & we look forward to being apart of this amazing community.

Alexus Powell was an absolute pleasure to work with during my home leasing process with Tricon Residential. From the very beginning, she was responsive, professional, and genuinely kind—always going the extra mile to answer my questions and make sure everything went smoothly. Even when unexpected delays or coordination issues came up, Alexus stayed patient and supportive, turning what could have been a stressful experience into a positive one. Ok, editing my most recent review as Robyn came in for a save YET AGAIN! Robyn Wojcicki is truly exceptional. She handled a stressful situation with complete composure and professionalism from start to finish. Even when emotions were high and the circumstances were challenging, she stayed calm, listened carefully, and worked toward a fair and thoughtful resolution. Her ability to de escalate and communicate clearly made all the difference. People like Robyn are the reason residents feel heard and valued. I am genuinely grateful for the way she handled everything and I appreciate her dedication to real customer care.

The property itself is beautiful it’s quiet and well kept. I’m definitely looking into making this my home. Payne was AMAZING!!! he took time out of his day to show me the different floor plans available. I didn’t feel rushed at all… So far Tricon has been awesome

Editing my original review because Tricon made it right, our HVAC was finally replaced and works like a charm! Yassi with maintenance was exceptional and helped us so much through a really stressful few months here. If anyone monitors these, please surface that feedback up to leadership. Yassi was communicative, kind and helpful. Also Kelvin is the best!!
