I had such a great onboarding experience with Mo. He took his time helping me explore my options and was so patient while I went back and forth on which layout I wanted. He was super helpful and supportive throughout, and the leasing process itself was honestly seamless. Fast forward to move-in day, I met Roshan during my final walkthrough. I mentioned that the unit seemed ever-so-slightly dusty, and he immediately offered to have it cleaned again before I officially moved in the next day. He was so friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. Usman, our concierge, has also been great! He offered to help during move-in and has consistently checked in to make sure everything is going well. It’s only been a few days since I moved in, but I already feel so at home. Everyone has been incredibly kind and helpful so far, and I’m really happy with my decision to move to ROQ City!

Living in Birch is a real joy, stuff in the building is amazing and responsive. When I have any issue, I can easily report it, and Jason or someone else comes quickly and fixes the issue. The best concierges are Roman and Miguel. And Nassi from the office is very oriented to help you with your issues. I like the freedom and amenities here. As for disadvantages, I would say some broken mirrors have been being repaired for too long since someone damaged them. Some issues were in relation to the fire alarm during the night, but it was once. The condo mostly has Juliet balconies, so for someone it can be a red flag, but not for me. I heard feedback from other neighbours that after year-2 they increased the price drastically, so I will update my feedback when it happens to me. Probably the biggest problem is parking here. We have a dozen green P spots and overall parking in the building, but it was sold out, and the price was around 300-350. Knowing that, I will still consider staying here because when you live here, you understand. Reach out to me and I will refer you, as they have referral program =) I forget to mention that they also providing you with Yoga, event participation from Toronto Life and many many other benefits.

I’ve had a positive experience living with Tricon Residential. My family and I have enjoyed our home, and whenever I’ve needed assistance, the team has been helpful and professional. We’ve become very comfortable here and consider this house our home, which is why I’ve recently expressed interest in possibly purchasing the property in the future.
