I had a great experience with Darius Burley from Tricon. He was very informative, patient, and took the time to explain why the temperature in my home was higher than what my thermostat was set to. He walked me through how to properly set and manage my system, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood everything before he left. It’s refreshing to work with someone who is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about helping. Thank you, Darius, for providing such excellent customer service!

7/1/26 Jerry Hall -maintenance tech repaired mb toilet, he was respectful, friendly, nice very knowledgeable & professional. Very efficient & arrived in the tine frame given. Thank You Tricon. Ms.CKC🙏🏽. Evelyn V (rex) was very helpful & solved my problem right away. She was professional , knowledgable & friendly. The maintenance man Darius Burley came right in and immediately handled my issue! He saw the problem and informed me of the steps that would need to take place in order for my issue to be fixed but he said he would make sure it gets handled and I really appreciate that! Big thank you to him for fixing an issue that others were not!!
