Wendy was a great host. We decided to hold off on continuing the application after applying for personal reasons. Nothing to do with the community. Community seems great! They even refunded the application fee which was not expected.

Shout out to the Tricon Sunridge team it has been a breath of fresh air working with this company, especially Madelyn she was on top of everything so kind and helpful. From the application process to getting our keys our whole moving experience was smooth and professional. Our new home is beautiful I would definitely recommend to others.

We had a lot of Different experiences prior to finding Tricon. Months of applying and putting holding deposits down and awaiting call backs for availability. From the moment we stepped into Tricon we felt seen. Madelyn was amazing and helped me and our family find our home after months of stress and overpaying on month to month rent due to our lease ending. Move in was easy and flexible and the new home has been amazing. I have already recommended several others to this company due to the experience we had. We are thankful for Tricon and our family has peace of mind.

This was the best experience I've had with finding a home. I couldn't be more excited! Madelyn was so helpful with walking me through the process. Eric (maintenence) is always very helpful and pleasant.
