The only issue that I really have are the neighbors and their lack of cleanliness. They allow their young children children to walk these larger dogs that they can't really handle and do not clean up after them. I have had to go into the dog park with my own bags and scoop to clean up after them. Especially now that is summer the flies are a real problem due to the lack of them not picking up after their dog. Then there is the issue with street parking which is is against the rules but not enforced. As well as neighbors with tagless cars in the driveway and using the driveway as a repair shop. And finally, there is no bulk trash pick up and exiting residents are leaving their junk on the sidewalk. Otherwise the place is spacious in a convenient location and relatively quiet.

I’d like to thank Hector Torres morales for a wonderful job he did on my door! He was vastly efficient and very polite. He was persistent in trying to fix the problems on my door. He also voluntarily clean out our ac unit. Very satisfied overall!!!

Jasmine was great and very helpful with helping my family transfer from South Carolina to Florida. Always returned my calls and answered every question that was asked. Very patient and her work ethic was wonderful. She took away a lot of stress on moving. Thanks again Jasmine for all your help and patience.

7/1/26 Jerry Hall -maintenance tech repaired mb toilet, he was respectful, friendly, nice very knowledgeable & professional. Very efficient & arrived in the tine frame given. Thank You Tricon. Ms.CKC🙏🏽. Evelyn V (rex) was very helpful & solved my problem right away. She was professional , knowledgable & friendly. It's never easy finding and moving into a new home that makes you feel like "home" the moment you enter in it UNLESS you get the optimum customer service from a very helpful and accommodating representative. Brenda was beyond helpful. She was very attentive and truly made it all easy. I couldn't say enough about this young lady, but wouldn't think twice referring others her way when they are in the market for a new home. Thank you Brenda for your undevided attention and care!!

Darius Burley was quick and efficient. He was awesome and so respectful. He went straight to work and had the problem identified on minutes and solved soon after that! Tricon always does me right when it comes to the technicans. He was exceptional! Awesome is not a strong enough word to describe how effective and knowledgeable he was for every issue on my work order!
