I have to admit that this was one of the easiest applications and move ins I have ever experienced. I applied on a Thursday night and was completely approved on Monday and able to move in. Jessica and the rest of her team made everything seamless and helped me through every step to ensure I had everything done and ready for approval and move in. The townhomes also look just like the pics which was also a plus nowadays. I highly recommend Tricon Wildomar, but please don't move here as I don't need someone taking up another parking space lol but if you do let Jessica know I sent you. :)

Nikita exceeded our expectations. She is enthusiastic, and knowledgeable on all the issues that we inquired about about. We never felt rushed , and ultimately landed on a home plan that will work for us. We found an ace for a representative. Looking forward to our new adventure.
