We have only lived here a month but it has been nice so far. We had a few things that needed to be corrected when we moved in- the head of maintenance Cody Shodrock. Has always been quick to respond and keep us updated. Leasing process was simple and there is an app to pay rent. Very happy so far.

This is the 2nd time I’ve had a house in the abbot place subdivision first was off Zoey way now I’m off Noah place. Both houses have been amazing and the property manager Cody Shodrock does an amazing job with anything you need done he makes sure it’s done super fast and takes away any stress.

It’s as simple as picking a place, moving in, and starting services. I’ve never had an issue here, the property manager is responsive and kind, and the maintenance/property keeper Cody is on top of everything when you get in contact with him! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place where you can just move in and feel good about coming home and knowing you’re taken care of.
