Great experience in today’s walk through of our new rental residence. Cody was very thorough and shared everything I needed to know for proper maintenance of the home. Julie was very helpful and patient with the entire lease process, including all the questions I had. So far, so good!

We have only lived here a month but it has been nice so far. We had a few things that needed to be corrected when we moved in- the head of maintenance Cody Shodrock. Has always been quick to respond and keep us updated. Leasing process was simple and there is an app to pay rent. Very happy so far.

The AC went out in my home in San Antonio and Alex Suarez really took care of me like family. He made sure my repairs got expedited and ensured I was provided everything I needed to keep my house cool while I waited on the repairs.

Somara is truly one of the best I’ve had the pleasure of working with. She not only streamlined the entire rental process but did so with incredible empathy and care. My clients felt fully supported and completely stress-free while searching for their new homes — and that peace of mind is priceless. Somara took the time to truly understand their needs and made what can be an overwhelming process feel smooth and personal. I will absolutely continue to refer her to anyone looking to rent. Highly recommend!

Look no further than Cody and his exceptional team at Tricon for the epitome of stellar service and unparalleled living experiences! From lightning-fast responses to going above and beyond to ensure your comfort, they've set the bar sky-high. Our time with Tricon has been an absolute delight, surpassing all our previous rental experiences. It's not just about renting a place; it's about being part of a community where care and attention to detail reign supreme. Kudos to Cody and the Tricon crew for making renting feel like a breeze and turning houses into homes with heart! Update: 9/27/24 I had the pleasure of working with Nathan from Tricon, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. He was the true definition of a professional. Not only was he timely and incredibly polite, but he also went above and beyond to identify issues that I wasn’t even aware of and fixed them on the spot! His knowledge and expertise were evident, and his willingness to go that extra mile made all the difference. If you're looking for someone who truly cares about their work and the customer, Nathan is your guy. Highly recommend!
