Not sure if this will get to the right person but I have no other way of saying thank you. Today someone from Tricon found my wallet in the road and so kindly returned it to my parents home. I’m so grateful, and thankful. To know there are still good honest people is such a wonderful feeling. Tricon is so lucky to have this mystery man. Applying for a new place can be really intimidating, especially when you’re unsure if you’ll even get approved. At first, we didn’t think things would work out—but Somar was patient, understanding, and really took the time to listen to what we needed. Even when we were set on going in a different direction, she didn’t give up on us. She gave us hope and guidance, and thanks to her, we found our new home at Trails of Culebra. I’ve been scrambling for weeks trying to find the perfect home for my family as we navigate a new life in Texas. Somar Santiago has been a God send. Her friendly, yet professional, attitude has shown me that there are people that truly care out there. Her attention to detail is unmatched. Her kind words and encouragement have helped me relieve so much stress. I can’t want to call this community my home this summer. If you are looking for a place to call home and don’t want to deal with AI or corporate BS, don’t go anywhere else. The deal they have for move in, is life changing!!!
