Living here has been such a positive experience, and a huge part of that is the amazing leasing office staff. Berlina and Nikkita are always welcoming, friendly, kind, and accommodating. They truly make you feel like you’re part of the community—not just another resident. Whether it’s a simple wave and friendly conversation while they’re out walking the neighborhood or the way they always welcome my daughter when she stops by the office after school to say hello and grab a quick snack, they consistently go above and beyond to make residents feel at home. I’ve always felt well taken care of by the staff, and I’ve always felt safe living in this neighborhood. It’s rare to find a community where the management genuinely cares about the people who live there, and Berlina and Nikkita do exactly that. Their kindness and dedication make this a wonderful place to call home.

I dropped in without an appointment and Stacy was so kind and knowledgeable of the available homes and patient walking me through them and answering questions. The next day I was second guessing which property I wanted to move forward with and she took me through the homes again. Great experience.

I waited 6 months before reviewing this place, but I can say I absolutely love it here. The concierges are the #1 highlight for sure – they work hard to get packages sorted, handle deliveries of sensitive things, say hi in the morning, figure out parking spot issues, give people's dogs treats…it really makes the building feel safe and human. The pool is fantastic and the building communicates well if something is going to be out of service. The cleaners for the common areas are great and pay a lot of attention to detail, and are very nice if you say hi, and maintenance is fast, friendly, and efficient. The view from high up (facing north) is spectacular. My only minor complaints are: there is a bad smell on back half of the patio, likely where the dumpsters are; the bathroom sink is really weird (flat) and hard to keep clean; and the door locks are misbehaving, so sometimes I think I locked my door but it didn't lock, or it locks me out when I meant to leave it unlocked. This latter one is probably the only one that's important. However! I love it here and intend to stay, and while the rent is high, honestly it's worth it. Edit: maintenance is working on my lock, apparently they didn't know about the issue – hooray!
