I had a great experience with Darius Burley, the maintenance technician from Tricon Residential. He replaced the ice maker in my refrigerator quickly and professionally. Darius arrived on time, was courteous and respectful, and took the time to make sure everything was installed correctly and working properly before he left. His attention to detail and friendly attitude made the entire service experience smooth and stress-free. Dorian from the maintenance team at Tricon did an amazing job. He checked on our thermostat and ac unit to make sure everything was running smoothly.
