Carlos Blandón at ROQ City helped some friends of mine find an apartment, and they had a fantastic experience working with him! He was professional, knowledgeable, and always available to answer their questions. He made the whole process much easier by providing excellent advice and guiding them every step of the way. It’s great to see someone who genuinely cares about helping people. I would absolutely recommend Carlos to anyone looking to rent an apartment in Toronto!

Carlos Blandón at ROQ City was absolutely exceptional! After four stressful rental applications, working with Carlos was a breath of fresh air. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, respectful, and professional. His advice and recommendations were invaluable, and he made the entire process so smooth and stress-free that we secured our apartment and moved in less than a week! We couldn’t recommend him more highly. If you’re looking to rent an apartment, ask for Carlos. He truly makes all the difference!

I just moved to a Tricon home and the leasing process has been SEAMLESS. They responded quickly with all my queries and ensured that I was comfortable every step of the way. I look forward to this type of service during my tenancy.

We asked to get a squeaky door in our apartment fixed and the 2 repair men Ryan and Alfonzo were super helpful and quick with the repairs! They even offered to help with any other things we might’ve wanted fixed around the apartment!

I've been renting with tricon for almost a decade now. Just wanted to specifically mention an outstanding job done by Gina Nelson, a Resident Relations Specialist who helped with a complicated maintenance order. She emailed me daily to communicate who she was reaching out to and what was being done. With a company as big as Tricon, it was nice to have someone making all the right calls within on my behalf. I honestly don't know how I would have managed to get everything settled without her help. Phenominal customer service. Thanks again Gina!

11 out of 10. Keaton sets the standards for Professional, Educated, Thorough, Kind and respectful. If we could request Keaton Everytime for any issue we would, this gentleman make Tricon a respected valued company. Having an employee like Keaton secures the trust of Tricon's customers while building a healthy reppore on a human level. We are not just a resident number or another job, Keaton brought that genuine care and want to rectify the situation. Again 11 out of 10 would want Keaton back every time for every ticket… Keaton deserves a raise promotion or whatever Tricon can do to better support it's (in our opinion) best employee…

Moving into my first home in Toronto was a huge milestone, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience thanks to Carlos! From the very beginning all the way to moving in, he was incredibly kind, patient, and always available to help with any question I had. His 5-star service made the entire leasing process completely smooth and welcoming. A huge thank you also to Usman, the concierge, for his incredible helpfulness and friendliness. Thank you both for making me feel right at home at ROQ City!

Have been living at the Selby for a year now. Great place to live for working professionals with nice neighborhood and lots of amenities in the building. The concierge team is super helpful, especially Saoirse. She is very professional, super kind, always ready to help and offer guidance and that has made my stay at the Selby more pleasant. Overall extremely happy with my decision to move at Selby

They do a good job for a large company! I would recommend! Brian David Who is one of their maintenance guys did a great job, helping me with a problem and then went above and beyond! Updated, my Ac went out, I scheduled the appointment and Chris Mann was the technician who got scheduled. He was so helpful, informative and even went the extra mile to call on behalf of my situation after he already left to help out more! Really appreciate the effort they put into who they hire
