Living here has been such a positive experience, and a huge part of that is the amazing leasing office staff. Berlina and Nikkita are always welcoming, friendly, kind, and accommodating. They truly make you feel like you’re part of the community—not just another resident. Whether it’s a simple wave and friendly conversation while they’re out walking the neighborhood or the way they always welcome my daughter when she stops by the office after school to say hello and grab a quick snack, they consistently go above and beyond to make residents feel at home. I’ve always felt well taken care of by the staff, and I’ve always felt safe living in this neighborhood. It’s rare to find a community where the management genuinely cares about the people who live there, and Berlina and Nikkita do exactly that. Their kindness and dedication make this a wonderful place to call home.

We’ve had such a great experience living here, and a huge part of that is because of Nikkita. From the very beginning—even before we officially moved in—she was incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely made sure we felt taken care of. Almost two years later, she continues to be just as kind, responsive, and wonderful to work with. Like any home, there were a few minor things that needed attention when we first moved in, and we’ve had a handful of maintenance needs along the way. While maintenance response times can sometimes vary, we’ve found that when someone is able to come out, the issue is generally taken care of. Overall, though, our experience has been overwhelmingly positive. We’ve really enjoyed living in the community, and Nikkita has consistently made us feel welcomed and valued. We’re coming up on two years here and are happy to say that we plan to stay for at least another two.

Nikkitn went above and beyond! She was absolutely amazing and toured us multiple times, answered all of our questions and went above and beyond ! She even played with our kids ! We would highly highly recommend her and this amazing community! We can’t wait to move in!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience touring the Tricon Bryson Community in Leander! The community itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and has so much to offer. From the homes to the overall atmosphere and amenities, we could truly see ourselves calling Bryson home. What really made our experience exceptional, though, was Nikkita Clay. She was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, professional, and personable throughout the entire tour. She took her time showing us the home and community, answered our questions, and made the whole experience feel comfortable and exciting rather than pressured. Nikkita honestly made such a great impression that we would choose to move to this community because of her alone! When you combine that level of customer service with how beautiful Bryson is and everything the community has to offer, it made our decision that much easier. Thank you, Nikkita, for making our tour such a memorable experience. Tricon is very fortunate to have you representing the Bryson Community. We are excited about the possibility of making this our new home! ❤️🏡
