We were new to the area and moved into a Tricon rental the first year. We had such a great experience we decided to transfer our lease to a different home at lease end. There were some hiccups with our support manager and Jasmine Alexander took over the process. Jasmine was absolutely amazing. She was so responsive, answered every question, and made the process seamless. She definitely reminded us why we chose to continue renting from Tricon. Jasmine is an absolute treasure for Tricon!

I like to say I did my research with Tricon and Elk Grove and Delta Shores are Beautiful. I want to thank Wendy Golsong for showing me Delta Shore, she was very informative and professional . I want to thank Madelyn at Tricon Elk Grove , she was willing and patient and professional with me. Im happy to say I went with Tricon of Elk Grove, although I have not moved in yet but both representatives were always there to answer question. I look forward to moving to my new home. First and foremost I want to give Kyle her flowers!! If it wasn’t for her I probably wouldn’t be here!! While the homes are beautiful and a little pricey compared to other new developments, her customer service, detailed explanations and patience is like no other! Moving from Fl to Tx was beyond stressful but she made this part of the process so easy and understanding. So far the only complaint I have are the pest but being the home is new I’m going to give it a while for things to settle. Other than that so far so good. Thank you Kyle you are a true gem and Tricon should be blessed to have you!

Victor and Brandon was quick efficient and very patient explaining the whys behind the concern and what they did to fix it. They were even willing to do extra things like my mom’s light was out they were wanting to replace it themselves and help out any way they could. Being timely is important but beholding rapport with your residents is hugely important and these two men exemplified that tremendously
