Living here has been such a positive experience, and a huge part of that is the amazing leasing office staff. Berlina and Nikkita are always welcoming, friendly, kind, and accommodating. They truly make you feel like you’re part of the community—not just another resident. Whether it’s a simple wave and friendly conversation while they’re out walking the neighborhood or the way they always welcome my daughter when she stops by the office after school to say hello and grab a quick snack, they consistently go above and beyond to make residents feel at home. I’ve always felt well taken care of by the staff, and I’ve always felt safe living in this neighborhood. It’s rare to find a community where the management genuinely cares about the people who live there, and Berlina and Nikkita do exactly that. Their kindness and dedication make this a wonderful place to call home.

My family and I had an awesome time at Tricon Bryson community. It’s a wonderful place with a lot of amenities and a beautiful neighborhood. Everyone was nice, especially Berlina, Nikita and Nick. They helped us with everything we needed and they responded to all our questions in timely manner. All our experience from the beginning to the end was 5 stars! Thank you everyone!

It’s been a little over a month since my family and I moved into the Tricon Bryson community here in Leander. So far we love it, we’re really enjoying our home and the neighborhood. It’s a beautiful and quiet community, close enough to everything we need nearby. Shout out and huge thanks to Nikkita, she has a wonderful demeanor and was so very thorough and patient when we toured several homes to find the one for us. Berlina was also amazing and super diligent with all the paperwork and email pieces. Nick and the maintenance team have also been super responsive to the minor things that have come up. It’s been a great move for us!

My husband and I absolutely love Tricon Bryson. It’s a beautiful, peaceful neighborhood and everyone has been so welcoming. From day one, Ms. Nikkita went above and beyond to help us find the right home and answer all our questions. The staff is always friendly, maintenance has been quick and helpful whenever we’ve needed them, and even the lawn care team has been great—one of them even helped us look for our lost dog. There are fun community activities from time to time, like zumba classes and kids’ events, which is a nice bonus. Overall, we’ve had a great experience and would definitely recommend living here!
