Ryan was amazing! He listened to my concerns, painted the mailbox, fixed the outlet, and went above and beyond by contacting his manager to get my other concerns addressed. Within about 45 minutes, a painting order was scheduled. After three previous technicians with no follow-through, Ryan actually took ownership and got things moving. Every step of onboarding has been exceptional. A couple shout outs – Specifically Linda Cannon. Through the application process was OUTSTANDING. We have been so supported through a process that could have been so difficult and she eased so much stress and was an absolute pleasure to work with! Also Tony, the housing supervisor, for our walk through was just the nicest guy. So knowledgeable, and so helpful!! We are so relieved to be with such a great company!! Truly couldn’t ask for better!!

The concierge staff and, by extension, the entire team—from the cleaning staff to maintenance—are exceptional. Every request (within reason) is met with a 'yes.' I feel so very lucky when I walk into Cherry West and am greeted by such a caring, warm, and talented group of people. Thank you, Cherry West concierge and team!

I highly recommend Tricon! They are always fast to handle any maintenance issues. We recently discovered a leak in the roof; they handled it right away before it could cause any major damage. They also repaired the interior damage and made the ceiling look like there had never been a leak, flawless. They are always friendly and professional. You can't go wrong with Tricon! I do want to add that renting with Tricon has really helped our credit. We have rented from others in the past and even though we pain on time every month, they never helped us improve our credit. I feel like if you have to rent, you may rent from someone that has your best interest at heart.
