Dorian from the maintenance team at Tricon did an amazing job. He checked on our thermostat and ac unit to make sure everything was running smoothly. He even checked the vents in house to make sure the air flow was good. He was very knowledgeable and transparent. Thank you so much Tricon Team! -Alexis and Alex

Darius Burley was quick and efficient. He was awesome and so respectful. He went straight to work and had the problem identified on minutes and solved soon after that! Tricon always does me right when it comes to the technicans. He was exceptional! Awesome is not a strong enough word to describe how effective and knowledgeable he was for every issue on my work order!

I recently started my lease with this new management company with a few blips which most were resolved. Upon officially moving in, the AC wasn’t working, leaving us living in 85 to 90° temperatures. For days, calling the emergency maintenance was a nightmare because the AI assistant just kept saying there was technical issue and just hang up. After hours of trying and calling multiple times, I finally managed to reach a human: Cassidy Medart and she was absolutely amazing and responsive. Despite it being a Saturday night, she bypassed the system and got a service technician out to fix the AC between 7:00 and 10:00 p.m. We're anxiously awaiting the technicians arrival, but if it weren't for Cassidy stepping in to help us after we went without proper cooling since Thursday, this would have been a 1-star experience. Management needs to overhaul their frustrating automated phone system, but Cassidy deserves 5 stars for her outstanding and empathetic service.

Darius Burley was the tech that came out to assist. He was by far the most professional and nicest tech. Super knowledgeable and easy to work with. Explained everything that was wrong and how he fixed it. Would absolutely recommend him and his work.

Today we got our keys after being displaced for the last month after a small house fire. Calvin was very thorough with our move in process/instructions.
