I’d like to give a big thank you to Shamar and Hamza for going above and beyond to help me. Shamar did an excellent job mounting my TV and soundbar and taking care of the painting. He was professional, careful, and paid great attention to detail. He even stayed overtime to make sure the work was completed properly. Hamza from the concierge team was also incredibly helpful. After I had been waiting for some time, he stepped in, arranged for maintenance to take care of the mounting, and even helped Shamar get the work finished. I really appreciate the effort from both of them. Great service, professionalism, and genuinely going the extra mile. Thank you, Shamar and Hamza!

I had a great experience with Shamar C. from Cherry House Maintenance. He was extremely friendly, respectful, and provided above-and-beyond customer service while in my home. He was also very kind and considerate around my little one, which I really appreciated. Excellent service and a great representative of Cherry House!

I have had a positive experience renting a house with Tricon in Sarasota, Florida. Hank noticed a small leak in the roof during our walk-through and sent someone out right away to address it. Sam, the contractor, and Joe, the roofer, were both great, and it was fixed within 24 hours. Lazaro, who cleans the pool, is also great, and keeps the pool looking beautiful. Nancy and Beth in the back office were also very helpful during the initial application / move-in period. Thank you to everyone, I appreciate your assistance!
