This review is specifically about Gregory Jordan the maintenance tech who’s come to our Tricon home. I wanted to take time out and speak positive about him because He’s come multiple times to service some issues including the air conditioning and garage door. He’s very prompt and professional and most importantly he actually fixes the issues after giving a thorough explanation about what went on. When he’s at the door I know our issue is going to be resolved.

Trent made our first rental experience with Tricon a great one. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and patient throughout the entire walkthrough. As first-time renters, my boyfriend and I had a lot of questions, and Trent took the time to answer every one of them thoroughly without making us feel rushed. We were new to the area and moved into a Tricon rental the first year. We had such a great experience we decided to transfer our lease to a different home at lease end. There were some hiccups with our support manager and Jasmine Alexander took over the process. Jasmine was absolutely amazing. She was so responsive, answered every question, and made the process seamless. She definitely reminded us why we chose to continue renting from Tricon. Jasmine is an absolute treasure for Tricon!

I like to say I did my research with Tricon and Elk Grove and Delta Shores are Beautiful. I want to thank Wendy Golsong for showing me Delta Shore, she was very informative and professional . I want to thank Madelyn at Tricon Elk Grove , she was willing and patient and professional with me.
