I rented with Tricon for 3 years and our Experience was Great. We loved our home and the only reason why we moved was because they put a street behind our home and we were unprotected. Corey Harris was there every step of the way fighting for us. We appreciate everything he did for us. You dont find to Many rental managers that would go above and beyond to make you feel safe in your home. He did just that. Even though the HOA was unbearable we enjoyed or stay and enjoyed being able to have that open line of communication with Corey. We appreciate you and will always remember how you went above and beyond for us. I am a supporter of Tricon Residential

We had an issue with our dishwasher, and Aneudy provided excellent service from start to finish. He was very polite, professional, and thorough in his work. While addressing the dishwasher issue, Aneudy also noticed another problem with improper water drainage. He took the initiative to report the issue to the appropriate person so it could be addressed. We truly appreciate his attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to making sure everything was taken care of properly. Excellent service!

This review pertains to the exceptional maintenance technician who has visited my property several times within the initial two weeks of my residence in the Tricon home, not the company itself. Fortunato consistently arrives promptly and professionally, providing me with clear explanations of the issues at hand and ensuring that the items I am concerned about are being addressed. I deeply appreciate his dedication to helping me get the home back in working order and in better condition. The maintenance team as a whole has been the most helpful since my move-in date, assisting me with matters discussed during our initial conversation that were not completed upon my arrival. I had no physical keys to the property for nearly the first week, along with other concerns that have now been resolved by the maintenance staff. Overall, the property is satisfactory, but I believe they should be more thorough in ensuring that it is move-in ready.

EDITED TO ADD (10/2026) I wanted to update my review to add that Tricon Residential has been absolutely outstanding with maintenance. This is the first home I’ve ever rented, and I’ve been genuinely impressed by how efficiently and professionally they handle every single issue. Once a maintenance request is submitted through my app (or phone), they promptly take ownership of it, arrange for someone to address the problem, and ensure it gets resolved while keeping you updated via email and app. The entire process has been seamless and stress-free. I wish more companies operated with this level of efficiency, accountability, and customer service. I was so impressed that I felt compelled to come back and update my review to recognize their excellent work!
