My partner and I recently relocated from Ireland to Toronto, and ROQ City is our very first home in Canada. From the moment we arrived, Carlos has been absolutely fantastic and has played such an important part in making us feel welcome and settled in a completely new city. Moving halfway across the world is a big undertaking, and having someone as kind, approachable, and genuinely helpful as Carlos has made such a difference to our experience. Throughout the entire process, he has consistently gone above and beyond for us, always taking the time to answer our questions, offer reassurance, and make sure we were looked after. What really stands out about Carlos is that his care and kindness feel completely genuine. He takes real pride in what he does, and it’s clear that he wants residents to have the best possible experience. It’s those personal touches that make somewhere feel less like just an apartment building and more like a home. We’re now happily settled into our beautiful apartment and genuinely couldn’t be happier with our decision to make ROQ City our first home in Toronto. Carlos (and the wider ROQ City and Tricon team) is an absolute credit to the building and its management team, and I sincerely hope his hard work and dedication don’t go unnoticed. I rented with Tricon for 3 years and our Experience was Great. We loved our home and the only reason why we moved was because they put a street behind our home and we were unprotected. Corey Harris was there every step of the way fighting for us. We appreciate everything he did for us. You dont find to Many rental managers that would go above and beyond to make you feel safe in your home. He did just that. Even though the HOA was unbearable we enjoyed or stay and enjoyed being able to have that open line of communication with Corey. We appreciate you and will always remember how you went over and beyond for us. I am a supporter of Tricon Residential

Recently moved in and it has been great so far. Building is calm and quiet, neighbourhood is just awesome. Special shoutout to the maintenance team, especially Zeaiyan and Jason. They are both very approachable and professional, and they have helped me with a bunch of things already.
