First and foremost I want to give Kyle her flowers!! If it wasn’t for her I probably wouldn’t be here!! While the homes are beautiful and a little pricey compared to other new developments, her customer service, detailed explanations and patience is like no other! Moving from Fl to Tx was beyond stressful but she made this part of the process so easy and understanding. So far the only complaint I have are the pest but being the home is new I’m going to give it a while for things to settle. Other than that so far so good. Thank you Kyle you are a true gem and Tricon should be blessed to have you!

I met Kyle at the model and she was great. Answered all of my questions and took me around the community – it is brand new. Not all of the homes are built yet but there is a nice pool and playground and Dog Park. The homes are farm style very cute I just cannot decide which plan to pick- if I want my bedroom on the 1st or 2nd floor…

I liked this subdivision in Katy. The Manager was exceptional at her job and so much fun. These are brand new two story homes for rent. Rent is higher than competition but they do offer some discounts and specials. My only drawback are the stairs. I am no longer a fan of climbing them. Have to decide on this one.

I want to say I was immediately contacted by Tim. So they are responsive which is a plus in the Katy area. Then I meant a wonderful young lady for the tour yesterday. Her name is Kyle. She will ensure you have a great experience. Go check them out! Oh! Another thing the property is beautiful. I love it!

Kyle is absolutely awesome! She made my move-in process seamless and has been incredibly helpful from day one. Being new to Texas and relocating from another state, I had a lot of questions, and she always took the time to answer them and make me feel welcome. Even four months into living here, Kyle still checks in to make sure I don’t need anything, which truly means a lot. I really Enjoy that we have quiet hours at night Throughout the sub, which makes well for peaceful living. I love that they allow me to decorate for each holiday it just makes the sub look very festive, And I get a lot of compliments from All the neighbors . The maintenance team Luis & Robert are also amazing. They are quick, professional, and always fix any issue I have promptly. It’s reassuring to know that maintenance requests are handled efficiently. Overall, Ive had such a great experience living here and truly appreciate the outstanding staff!

The entire staff is amazing! They are so helpful and very responsive. Since moving to Texas this has been a pleasant experience. It’s close to my children’s schools and very quiet and well maintained neighborhood. Thank you ☺️

I don’t live here..just want to give Kyle her flowers. She has AMAZING energy, she is very knowledgeable about the different home plans. Thank you for providing tour Kyle! Owners of the property I hope you are paying Kyle well, she goes over and beyond during the tours. I am still deciding where my next home will be but Tricon Peek is at the top of the list because of Kyle and because they are brand new.
