I recently experienced The Taylor and I found the concierge staff extremely pleasant and helpful. In particular Yiayia (spelling) Alewuya, Kent and the other coworkers. They all had a pleasant demeanour and made you feel very welcome at the building when upon arrival. I hope to be back to visit here soon and would recommend this building as a rental residence in Toronto.

I originally lived at this building for 2 years before leaving Canada to spend some time with my parents abroad. When I eventually moved back to Toronto, I had the opportunity to choose somewhere completely different, but I still chose The Taylor by Tricon Residential – that decision really says everything about my experience. What brings me back is mainly the people. From the leasing team and concierge to the property management and the rest of the staff, I’ve consistently experienced an exceptional level of professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care. Everyone is approachable, respectful, and committed to making residents feel welcomed and well taken care of. After living in different places and experiencing different standards, what Tricon Residential offers is unmatched. Coming back to the same building after being away wasn’t something I had to do, it was something I wanted to do. And I think that is the strongest recommendation I can give. A huge thank you to the entire team for creating such a welcoming and world-class experience for residents. It’s rare to find a place where the people make you want to come back. The concierge team became part of my everyday life. Seeing them every day, sharing our little chats, laughs, and conversations made the building feel like home. Those personal connections are something I truly missed while I was away, and one of the reasons coming back felt so natural. Shout out to y’all! I also want to personally recognize Aluweya. She has always been professional, responsive, and attentive, and consistently willing to go the extra mile to make sure my needs were taken care of. She follows up, communicates exceptionally well, and most importantly, always made me feel heard and valued as a resident. Special thanks to Natasha, Amanda, Kasha, Aluweya, Matthias, Carlos, Alex and Yeahyea for the incredible service and care they continue to provide. I also want to acknowledge the wonderful team members who have been part of the building over the years and have since moved on. I’m genuinely happy to be back and grateful to once again be part of this community.

Really smooth moving experience! We moved here from the US and couldn’t personally see our apartment before we finalized it. Cecelia from the Leasing team helped us move within a very short time frame. She was very responsive and supportive and we felt really welcome here because of her helping us through the process. Also we would definitely like to thank the concierge team (Bivek, Nick and Hamza among others), for being so friendly and helpful.
