She took the time to show me three to four different floor plans, patiently answering every question — no matter how small — and walking me step by step through the application requirements. I had Maintenance Technician Fidel G at my home today. He went above and beyond. He noticed my button for doorbell was broken & replaced it. Now I have a working doorbell. He replaced the light fixture in laundry room and replaced a smoke detector too. Was professional and went above and beyond.

I’ve had such a wonderful experience living here, and a big part of that has been because of Nissi. Since day one, she has been incredibly kind, understanding, and empathetic. She has always made me feel welcomed and comfortable and has been so patient and helpful whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. I truly appreciate how approachable and caring Nissi is, and how genuinely she cares about the residents and their experience. The apartment itself is lovely, and I’m very happy to continue living here. Having someone as warm and supportive as Nissi in the leasing office definitely makes the experience even better. Thank you, Nissi, for always being so wonderful and for making my experience here such a positive one!
