I appreciate Lyn Mendez’s comments regarding the pool noise, but I’d like to clarify some important details. Brittney, mentioned in the review, has not been at Tricon Wildomar since April. Therefore, this review contains inaccurate information. Lyn, please make sure to address the correct leasing agent who spoke with you at the pool. The current on-site agents are Jessica and Shaundre. Brittney has always been kind, professional, and supportive throughout our experience—she’s actually the main reason we chose to move here. Many residents have shared similar sentiments about her. I believe it’s important not to make false or misleading statements, especially when they involve someone who is no longer at the property and who had no involvement in the situation described. Thank you for taking this into consideration.

Finding a rental in a vibrant community like Tricon Wildomar has been a significant relief for us. It's provided us with the opportunity to prepare for our next phase while enjoying a supportive living environment I want to highlight the incredible service we received from Fabi, the leasing consultant at Tricon. She has been nothing short of outstanding, providing us with valuable assistance and guidance throughout the process. Her team member, Kyla, was equally enjoyable to work with, and the entire staff has demonstrated transparency and a commitment to customer service that is often hard to find. Before making our decision, I read numerous reviews and had many questions. I’m not one to rely on hearsay; I prefer to gather my own insights. After my experience, I can confidently say that Tricon Wildomar exceeds expectations. The staff's dedication and willingness to address concerns only reinforced our decision to rent here. I wholeheartedly recommend Tricon Wildomar to anyone searching for a friendly, professional, and supportive rental community. Their commitment to residents is truly commendable!

I’ve had a really great experience living at this apartment complex! The community is always well-maintained, quiet, and clean. The office staff has always been professional and helpful whenever I’ve had questions and pop in the office. I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Mitchel from maintenance. He has been absolutely amazing! Every time I’ve submitted a request, he responds very fast and gets the job done quickly. It’s such a relief that maintenance issues are handled so quickly where as in my last apartment I had many issues with that. I’m very happy living here and would definitely recommend this community!

I had an absolutely amazing experience working with Brenda! From start to finish, they were incredibly charismatic, informative, and professional. Every question I had was answered quickly, and their communication was always clear and prompt. They made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free.
