What an amazing trio. We started with Kat which helped us get started with our search on her day off. Mel stepped in, and helped us finish the process. Carlos was the finishing touch meeting us at the house making sure everything was working properly, and explained everything. Thank you all. Patty

I’ve been in Tricon home for over a year. So far I’ve had a great experience as far as getting things fixed in the home. They had promptly addressed my issues and concerns. I’ve heard stories from others who rent from Tricon about their bad experiences on getting things fixed in their homes.i have not experienced and I hope to not experience that level of customer service. So far so good. I feel my issues will come once I move out. Lol

I'm normally not one to leave reviews, but felt one was needed in this case. I had such an amazing experience with the team at Tricon Trinity Falls. Everything went smoothly from the application process to the lease signing. They went above and beyond to make sure that my family could become residents. Just an example of their awesomeness, there was an issue with the first property. Not only did they offer to transfer us to a new one, they made sure we had the keys that same day. If you are looking for a place to call home, don't hesitant to reach out to them. They're awesome!!!

My experience with the rental application online was quite horrible with verifast verification not accepting my husband and I’s valid DL. We were so frustrated especially dealing with this over a long holiday weekend but Katherine was super helpful! She helped us on her weekend off to get this fixed for us which I believe is above and beyond! No one would respond to us but she did! She talked with her team and IT to get our issue fixed so we could apply even on the holiday weekend! She provided exceptional support and customer service and I would recommend this company solely on how she helped us through all the online website issues! I’m excited to live at this property because not only are there homes in McKinney new constructions but they are designed beautifully! Update: we are now moved in and love the community! Mel who is the “property manager” on site is absolutely wonderful and fixes any issues you may have very quickly and answers any questions you may have! Carlos is a great maintenance manager and our walk through was done with him in person to go over any issues that we could notate together ( but this house was almost perfect with barely anything major besides I think one cabinet shelf that had not been put up but was done next day) Overall this community is so well done and very clean! They have a very welcoming attitude and beautiful homes to go with it! My husband and myself are very happy we chose here! We even had amazing move in specials where we had 1 1/2 months of free rent and 4 months of no amenity fee which has been amazing! They even waived the app fees and holding deposit at the time and although that was a mistake on their end they kept their word which shows the company acts with dignity and keeps their word which I very much appreciated! I would def recommend moving here because it has been worth the extra drive time to work to get such an awesome community with two amazing pools and so much more!
