Everyone was friendly and the process went fairly smoothly. Was easy to view houses and pick the one we wanted. Was able to quickly close on it. 7/8 month update: I dropped the rating to 4 stars. The house itself is solid, internet is good, and is a solid starter location. Cons would be how expensive it is, how crowded the area is, getting a hold of someone takes 30+ minutes at times, and we ran into an issue with the app not fully processing our payment so a late fee was added which we are working on getting removed. We'll see how the next few months go.

This is by far is the best property management I have ever been able to meet! The home was clean and ready for move in, the orientation process was easy and quick everything was just too good to be true but most definitely was TRUE! I’m so happy that Wendy was there to assist with and question or concern I had. I would highly recommend them for your next home!
