Have been living at the Selby for a year now. Great place to live for working professionals with nice neighborhood and lots of amenities in the building. The concierge team is super helpful, especially Saoirse. She is very professional, super kind, always ready to help and offer guidance and that has made my stay at the Selby more pleasant. They do a good job for a large company! I would recommend! Brian David Who is one of their maintenance guys did a great job, helping me with a problem and then went above and beyond! Updated, my Ac went out, I scheduled the appointment and Chris Mann was the technician who got scheduled. He was so helpful, informative and even went the extra mile to call on behalf of my situation after he already left to help out more! Really appreciate the effort they put into who they hire

We've lived in a Tricon community in CLT, NC for almost five years, and I have to say Joe and Aaron are top-tier! They always go above and beyond with their service. They pay close attention to detail and check and recheck their work to make sure it's done right.
