Our experience with ROQ City has been nothing short of excellent so far! From our very first tour, we were impressed by the building, its modern design, welcoming atmosphere, and the overall experience. Matthias, our leasing agent, has been wonderful throughout the leasing process. His professionalism, knowledge, and attentive guidance have made everything smooth and reassuring. We truly appreciate his support and dedication. We also want to give a special shoutout to Usman, the concierge, whose kindness and outstanding customer service really stood out from the moment we first toured the building. His warm welcome, friendly attitude, and genuine willingness to help made such a great first impression. The level of customer service he provided truly made our experience even more special.
