Brenda was amazing and provided exceptional support throughout my Tricon application process. She was prompt in her responses and extremely knowledgeable at every step. Her patience, flexibility, and genuinely supportive attitude helped ease any stress I felt along the way. I reached out to her numerous times with questions, and she never made me feel like a burden. Lucy and Emmanuel also contributed to a smooth experience with their attentive and helpful service. Altogether, the team demonstrated outstanding customer care and made the entire process feel seamless.

Brenda has been absolutely wonderful to work with. She was knowledgeable, patient, and walked me through every question and concern to ensure I felt confident and comfortable with all the information. She’s easy to talk to, friendly, and consistently professional. If there was ever something she needed to double‑check, she found the answer quickly and followed up right away. The entire process of becoming a resident was quick, simple, and very user‑friendly. My husband and I are truly excited to call this property home.

Brenda was amazing to work with! She was very responsive, patient, and took the time to clearly explain every step of the application process. Our situation was a bit unique, and she was incredibly helpful in guiding us through everything, from income documentation to how to properly complete the application. She made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We really appreciate all her help, highly recommend working with her!

I first came across Tricon Winchester last year in a unique situation. I had just moved earlier in December, for the 2nd time in a year, and I did not know I would be moving for a 3rd time, to Tricon Winchester. When I first toured the community, I was warmly greeted by Lucy. It is an understatement to say that Lucy is helpful. From the day I met her, it was very apparent that she enjoyed the work she does and always went above and beyond each time she met with me. Prior to my move in, Lucy helped secure packages I ordered and made sure they were stored safely in my new home, which was greatly appreciated. On move in day, she saved street parking for me right outside home so the movers would be able to park which was very thoughtful. Lucy is someone who stands out because she will go out of her way to make sure residents are cared for. I've lived here for almost a month now , and it has been a great experience interacting with staff members. Even when I don't need help, I've been greeted by Lucy and Manny, they ask me how things are going, and if there is anything they can do. I also see them with a smile on their faces each time they do a tour, and there's definitely a lot of people they help each day. It truly makes a difference to have staff members like Lucy and Manny that you know you can count on, and it sets a great precedent and example as the community continues to grow, expand, and flourish. The community itself is beautiful, and overall a very peaceful place to be. We toured with Emmanuel, and he was the absolute best! My husband and I feel amazed with the service he provided and the details we needed. The application process was smooth and moving in was a breeze! It’s been 4 days since we moved to this place and we love our new home!!
