Mitch at Tricon Wildomar in mainenance is speedy and profressional when i have a service request. . Mitch can usually troubleshoot request for maintenane amd correct. Whwn needed he is quick to request an outside vendor. The 5 stars is based on Mitch performance.

If you are looking for a home I highly recommend reaching out to Tricon Menifee. I needed housing immediately for me and my family, and I am so grateful that I was able to connect with Brenda. She is amazing she always answered the phone, responded to emails, and made sure that she reached out to me from start to finish. She was very quick with responding to any of my questions and explained everything so clearly and accurate during the whole process. She was like a breath of fresh air at one of the hardest times of my life!! Very professional, kind hearted, respectful and patience. I could not ask for nothing more. Hands down the best experience I have ever had finding a home. She makes you feel like you want to rent and live at Tricon Menifee just by knowing you have someone like her by your side, she makes you feel more like family rather than just an applicant applying for a home . We recently completed our move-out process with Tricon Residential, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. We were in Schertz, TX and moving cross-country is incredibly stressful, but the superintendent, Moises, went above and beyond to make the final transition easy for us. Moises was incredibly professional, understanding, and quick to help resolve any last-minute details. It is rare to find a property management company and a superintendent who communicate this well and treat tenants with such fairness and respect. If you are renting with Tricon, you are in great hands, especially if you get to work with Moises! Highly recommend.
