Will has been an outstanding regional manager for Tricon Residential. He genuinely listens to residents, takes concerns seriously, and follows through with real solutions. We’ve seen a noticeable improvement throughout our community, and an improvement in cleanliness and upkeep. His willingness to address concerns and make positive changes has made a real difference. Will is a big reason we are considering renewing our lease for another year! Laurren Vasquez

Lesley at Tricon Menifee is a lifesaver! Ever since moving in back in July, I had been dealing with an issue for months with zero response from my onsite HOA and office manager. Out of options, I reached out to Lesley at the Menifee property. Even though she works at a completely different location now, she immediately stepped in and got my issue fully resolved within 24 hours. Im really grateful for her willingness to go out of her way for a resident from another community—she is truly amazing, and tall are lucky to have her.

I had an exceptional experience working with my leasing consultant Brenda. From the very first interaction, they were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping me find the right home. They answered all of my questions promptly, explained every step of the leasing process clearly, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel effortless. Their friendly attitude, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service truly set them apart. They were responsive, patient, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the process. I highly recommend Brenda, to anyone looking for a smooth and positive experience. Thank you for making my decision so easy and enjoyable!

If you are looking for a home I highly recommend reaching out to Tricon Menifee. I needed housing immediately for me and my family, and I am so grateful that I was able to connect with Brenda. She is amazing she always answered the phone, responded to emails, and made sure that she reached out to me from start to finish. She was very quick with responding to any of my questions and explained everything so clearly and accurate during the whole process. She was like a breath of fresh air at one of the hardest times of my life!! Very professional, kind hearted, respectful and patience. I could not ask for nothing more. Hands down the best experience I have ever had finding a home. She makes you feel like you want to rent and live at Tricon Menifee just by knowing you have someone like her by your side, she makes you feel more like family rather than just an applicant applying for a home . She honestly was a blessing for me and my family and we truly appreciate her and her team at Tricon Menifee for making our experience so pleasurable. Quick, fast, and easy process all the way through if you are looking for a home I highly recommend connecting with Brenda at Tricon Menifee the best!!

It's never easy finding and moving into a new home that makes you feel like "home" the moment you enter in it UNLESS you get the optimum customer service from a very helpful and accommodating representative. Brenda was beyond helpful. She was very attentive and truly made it all easy. I couldn't say enough about this young lady, but wouldn't think twice referring others her way when they are in the market for a new home. Thank you Brenda for your undevided attention and care!!

Brenda is AMAZING. She helped us get set up with a tour, and remained communicative through out the process. Anytime I had a question regarding the application, processing times, or the lease agreement she was quick to respond. It really makes a difference when you have a representative who is willing to help and be transparent. Finding a new place to live is stressful enough, Brenda took the time to reassure us as help us make an informed decision.

I haven't moved in over 26 years and let me tell you, Brenda C and Jannah have been nothing short of amazing helping me navigate through this new journey. I am beyond grateful for both of them showing me kindness and gently guiding me through this process. It is apparent that they love what they do, it shows in all of their interactions. If you are looking for a great community lead by a team who cares, you've come to the right place. 🙏🏽
