We recently completed our move-out process with Tricon Residential, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. We were in Schertz, TX and moving cross-country is incredibly stressful, but the superintendent, Moises, went above and beyond to make the final transition easy for us. Moises was incredibly professional, understanding, and quick to help resolve any last-minute details. It is rare to find a property management company and a superintendent who communicate this well and treat tenants with such fairness and respect. If you are renting with Tricon, you are in great hands, especially if you get to work with Moises! Highly recommend.

Robin, the Superintendent, was absolutely amazing during my walkthrough. He was very professional, friendly, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. He addressed every concern I had and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. His attention to detail and willingness to help made a great impression. I want to share my sincere gratitude for Marine, who works on the night shift concierge team. I accidentally left my purse in the lobby restroom, and she was incredibly kind and proactive in finding it and reaching out to return it to me. It is such a relief to have someone so honest and friendly on our building! I also want to express my thanks to Matthias, another member of the concierge team, for his true commitment and help during this process. Both he and Marine are absolute assets to the building, and I hope they continue to be a part of our staff for a long time.
