I am writing to express my gratitude and appreciation for Marco, your Maintenance technician , who recently provided exceptional service at my home. Marco went above and beyond in assisting me with several maintenance issues, including changing the lights for my garage door and back porch and troubleshooting the hub for my smart home system. Despite spending over two hours working diligently, we ultimately concluded that the hub needed replacement. Throughout the entire process, Marco remained incredibly patient, professional, and courteous. His expertise, problem-solving skills, and commitment to providing top-notch service truly stood out.
