I’ve had a really great experience living at The Taylor so far. I especially want to give a big shoutout to Yeahyea from the concierge team. He helped me a lot during my move-in and has continued to be incredibly helpful ever since. He’s always friendly, welcoming, and willing to go the extra mile to make things easier for residents. He genuinely makes my life at The Taylor easier, and I really appreciate that. The entire concierge and building team has been amazing as well. Everyone is professional, friendly, and always willing to help whenever you need something. You can really tell that the team cares about the residents and takes pride in the building. The Taylor is a beautiful, comfortable, and well-maintained place to live, and the great staff definitely makes the experience even better. I’m very happy to call The Taylor home and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live!

I had such a great experience working with Carlos! He was so patient and detailed throughout the whole process, and I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. He was also incredibly responsive and got back to me so quickly every single time I had a question. Really appreciated the level of customer service and how easy he made the whole experience. Definitely top-notch customer service!

This review is long overdue. We’re now entering our third year here, and I have to say that beyond the unit, location, and amenities, it’s the concierge team that truly made this building special for us. We moved here from the West Coast without knowing anyone, and Carlos, Matthias, Alewuya, and Sayansh made us feel so welcome. They helped Toronto feel like home. Since then, they’ve all moved on to other well-deserved positions. We’re excited to see the new concierges stepping into their roles: Yeayeah and Marine have been wonderful as well. Every staff member here is friendly and professional, and we feel fortunate to have started our journey in Toronto here.
