The only issue that I really have are the neighbors and their lack of cleanliness. They allow their young children children to walk these larger dogs that they can't really handle and do not clean up after them. I have had to go into the dog park with my own bags and scoop to clean up after them. Especially now that is summer the flies are a real problem due to the lack of them not picking up after their dog. Then there is the issue with street parking which is is against the rules but not enforced. As well as neighbors with tagless cars in the driveway and using the driveway as a repair shop. And finally, there is no bulk trash pick up and exiting residents are leaving their junk on the sidewalk. Otherwise the place is spacious in a convenient location and relatively quiet.

I lived in this community for three years and they changed management a few times so I’m leaving my review based on their current management company. The neighborhood is safe and the homes are very spacious and have a great design/floorplan. This was probably my favorite home I’ve ever lived in and I only moved out because I was laid off from my part time job and the rent was increasing with my renewal so I moved to cut/adjust expenses since I lost an income. I would have absolutely stayed otherwise. I have two sons and there were a lot of children for them to play with in the neighborhood. Maintenance is prompt if you run into any issues and they are very kind. The maintenance guy at my new place doesn’t even come close to the guys here. I got the majority of my security deposit back during move out and a lot of companies will try to gauge you and charge you for every little thing to keep it but they didn’t do that here and I am very grateful for that. The staff in the leasing office is pleasant and they were always kind and easy to work with if you had any questions and during the move out process, in my case. I would absolutely recommend living here and I miss it every day!
