1. Does this place accept people with disability benefits, as I'm a person with Autism, ADHD and Cerebral Palsy. 2. Are outside Gardens allowed because I have 2 potted plants a apple and lemon tree.

Very nice neighborhood so far. UPDATE: 2/24/21 I have been living in this community for almost 6 mos. The community is very quiet. Neighbors don't bother you and aren't rude. Everyone seems to stay to themselves. The community stays clean. The houses being built seems sturdy enough with much space. Although I do miss seeing the empty lots and open space, it's nice to see beautiful styled homes all around, too. Can't wait until the workers are done building the homes because they can be somewhat rude by banging before 6 a.m. and playing extremely loud music very early in the morning and late into the evening. It's like an ongoing Fiesta that you can't get rid of! This would be my only con 😔 .
