We received excellent service from Ms. Gabriela, who guided us effectively and efficiently through the application process; she was always prompt and courteous in her responses, demonstrating true dedication and a high level of professionalism. We also received exceptional service from Mr. Eric, the property maintenance manager, who kindly showed us the property, answered all our questions, and provided efficient guidance. We commend his work, as he presented a very clean, well-maintained property—truly a wonderful place to live. Thank you.

I’ve had a very pleasant experience living at Maple House at Canary Landing. The property management team, especially Shanice Johnson, was extremely helpful and welcoming when we moved in. She made the move-in process very smooth, and took the time to show us all the amenities. Shanice has always been very quick to respond to my emails. The neighborhood and location are excellent — it’s close to the Distillery District, parks, and playgrounds, which is especially convenient with a little one. The maintenance team is also very responsive and quick to address any requests. The condo itself is modern and feels brand new, with an in-unit washer and dryer, which is incredibly helpful with a baby. I also really appreciate the large storage closet, which provides plenty of extra space. Overall, I’m very happy with the building, the location, and the experience so far!

Kenty did an exceptional job helping me mount my TV, shelves, and artwork for my gallery wall. He was incredibly patient, attentive, and really took the time to understand my vision and bring it to life. Everything turned out beautifully, and I’m so pleased with his work! I would absolutely recommend him and will definitely be contacting him again for future projects.
