Words can not express the gratitude I feel for the staff, specifically Sonila, at Cheery House! Emails and queries are responded to respectfully and immediately (even when I send 10 in a row with ALL the questions about moving in), but the amenities in this complex are far above anything I'd expect to be offered at the price point the units rent for. Maybe because I'm in the arts community, there is a real sense of artistic togetherness when experiencing the shared spaces and amenities the building offers. Cherry House is a highly technical building to which I have 24-hour access from the convenience of my home. I highly recommend applying if you have the mind for it. You won't regret it!

Jan is always super helpful with any sort of maintenance and always gets the job done, and in a timely manner. He solved a big bathroom ventilation issue that we’ve had a couple people see prior and they weren’t able to fix it, but Jan is incredible and got to the bottom of it. He’s the best!
