Today we got our keys after being displaced for the last month after a small house fire. Calvin was very thorough with our move in process/instructions. I had a great experience with Darius Burley from Tricon. He was very informative, patient, and took the time to explain why the temperature in my home was higher than what my thermostat was set to. He walked me through how to properly set and manage my system, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood everything before he left. It’s refreshing to work with someone who is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about helping. Thank you, Darius, for providing such excellent customer service!
