Darius Burley was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!! He came in to complete a work order and was super friendly and extremely thorough about explaining what could have possibly caused the issue. This is one of the best maintenance visits I have had Tricon if I need a work order completed again please send Darius 😁

Abby Hawker South Carolina Maintenance Coordinator Abby is one of the best. When there is an issue at my residence she doesn’t hesitate or drag her feet to make sure whatever issues get handled and in a timely manner. I was having hot water issues for weeks, no knock to the ones that tried, but Abby handled it. She was out of the office a while but when she got back she made sure to get right on it, offered accommodations, and followed up after repairs. She made sure to stay in constant communication throughout the process. For that I’d like to say thank you 💪🏾🖤🖤

Manny was wonderful for our move in walk last month! Walked us through everything with the house, immediately replaced things that needed to be fixed, and gave us his number for future maintenance requests. 5 stars for Manny!
