I came to the area looking to rent extremely quickly. I made that very apparent to the property’s regional manager Berlina. She expedited the process and ensure that I was in the property of my choice within a week of applying. Berlina was very accommodating and extremely sweet from the very beginning. Nikkita is AMAZING as well. She knew I was relocating from close to 600 miles out overnight and she called to check on me during my drive, periodically, with consent of course. Nikita and Nick made time to meet me at the home upon my arrival to walk through and give me a warm welcome! This community is extremely quiet and so far so good. I will update as necessary but I’m hopeful for a great year(s) with them!

We just moved in last month and the whole process was simple! There were a few minor maintenance requests, but the team was quick and addressed them immediately. The home is beautiful and just perfect for our little family!

Everyone is so nice, and the homes are new. I like that the stoves are gas, and the internet and all appliances are included. Close to the toll road – It only takes like 20 minutes to get to central Austin. The pool is AWESOME! I got to play on the Frisbee golf course after going to the fitness center this weekend and had fun. No need to renew my gym membership!

Berlina was so helpful in getting us situated at our new home at saddlecreek. We have been renting from Tricon for a while now in Dallas and saw the homes in Georgetown which were way closer to work and family so we decided to transfer here. Berlina helped us every step of the way and got us transferred and settled in in only a few weeks and through holidays. Very happy with everything and everyone involved! Highly recommend.
