My wife and I have been living here 3 years now and plan on renewing our lease again when it comes up trying to renew. We are very happy here and the management has been fantastic. The entire place is professionally made it is very clean and we are very happy with our living situation. Would love our house and we plan on staying here for a long long time. Thank you tricon! We have only lived here a month but it has been nice so far. We had a few things that needed to be corrected when we moved in- the head of maintenance Cody Shodrock. Has always been quick to respond and keep us updated. Leasing process was simple and there is an app to pay rent. Very happy so far.

This is the 2nd time I’ve had a house in the abbot place subdivision first was off Zoey way now I’m off Noah place. Both houses have been amazing and the property manager Cody Shodrock does an amazing job with anything you need done he makes sure it’s done super fast and takes away any stress.
