I am writing to express my gratitude and appreciation for Marco, your Maintenance technician , who recently provided exceptional service at my home. Marco went above and beyond in assisting me with several maintenance issues, including changing the lights for my garage door and back porch and troubleshooting the hub for my smart home system. Despite spending over two hours working diligently, we ultimately concluded that the hub needed replacement. Throughout the entire process, Marco remained incredibly patient, professional, and courteous. His expertise, problem-solving skills, and commitment to providing top-notch service truly stood out. It’s rare to encounter someone so dedicated to their work, and I am grateful for the effort he put in to ensure my needs were met. Thank you for having such a skilled and reliable team member on your staff. Marco’s work is a testament to the high standards your company upholds. Please extend my thanks and appreciation to him for a job well done. Sincerely, Tonya C.
