We've been living at The Selby for more than a year now, and we couldn't be happier with our decision. When we were looking for a place to live, we felt lost and defeated after touring several options, nothing felt like home. Then, out of nowhere, we saw The Selby. We didn't have an appointment, but the concierge was eager to help us out right away. Even without formal leasing training at the time, he showed us a couple of layouts. We only had about four weeks before classes started, but I was flying back home the very next day, and was extremely stressed, but this sweet concierge vouched for us and made it happen. If it weren't for him, I have no idea where we would have ended up. Today, Alexandru (that former concierge) officially has the capacity to change lives, this time with actual experience haha. Now a leasing consultant, he has impacted our lives in more ways than he might think, and we hope he keeps influencing lives for the better, just as he did for us. With Thanksgiving coming soon, we wanted to give our thanks to The Selby and its entire team, especially our dear Alexandru. We are so grateful for you!

I fell in love with ROQ City the moment I toured the building! Not only is the property absolutely beautiful, but the staff is genuinely some of the best I’ve ever encountered in the city. Mo was such a pleasure to deal with and guided me through the entire application process, making everything incredibly smooth, quick, and stress-free. I went from feeling overwhelmed about finding a new home to moving in just a week later! Usman was the one who handed me my keys, and he immediately made me feel so welcomed. He has such a warm and friendly personality, and that first interaction instantly made me feel safe and comfortable in my new home. And a special shoutout to the wonderful Roshan! He’s been incredibly patient, attentive, and quick to respond whenever I have questions or concerns. He’s taken the time to help me get acquainted with everything in my unit and is always happy to lend a hand when needed. My wife and I have been living here 3 years now and plan on renewing our lease again when it comes up trying to renew. We are very happy here and the management has been fantastic. The entire place is professionally made it is very clean and we are very happy with our living situation. Would love our house and we plan on staying here for a long long time. Thank you tricon!
